My responsibility continues as many times as you call, or order items.

Furthermore, I acknowledge that I am a "heavy" user who may incur charges exceeding $250 per month, and I am fully liable and responsible for all such charges. I understand that my credit report, as maintained with agencies such as TRW, may be adversely impacted by any such disputes culminating in 1.) late payment, 2.) reduced payment or 3.) no payment.

FRAUDULENT USE: In the event that I am fraudulently using a credit-card for which I do not have authorization, I waive all privacy rights such that Onesweetgirl4cam.com or Ankles.com also known as Superior Ventures Inc. may freely provide to Law Enforcement any router logs, IP-address information, chat logs, telephone records, email records and all other available information concerning my activity for immediate investigation and prosecution. However, I personally will remain responsible for any charges related to my Onesweetgirl4cam.com or Ankles.com also known as Superior Ventures Inc. activity, and I may be sued for such charges.
